What an amazing wedding! We arrived on Friday and I was able to soak up a few rays before the rehearsal dinner! It was a gorgeous day for the beach. The rehearsal went off without a hitch and we headed back to the Beach Club for dinner! Adam and Lacey are two of the most loved people in the world. Their friends and family had so many amazing things to say about them it brought me to tears several times!
I went back to my condo and prepped for wedding day. Batteries charged, memory cards dumped and formatted, bags packed, and my RAIN COAT! I woke up Saturday morning with what I like to call "Perfect photo Lighting." It was overcast and if things stayed as is... we could shoot anywhere! I had plan A and I always have a plan B in case of rain. Boy did it rain, and it rained and rained and rained. Plan B was no longer an option so I went to the front desk and begged them to find me a large room or outdoor covered area! The staff was amazing and they led me to a perfect semi covered outdoor space so we could still use wonderful natural light! Can I just add that any other bride would have been a nightmare, but not Lacey! Lacey never lost focus on what this day was truly about, she trusted me and made my job SOOOOO much easier! (Thank You!) The wedding party was also incredibly flexible and just a joy to work with! Thank you to each of them for all the cooperation. I am so pleased with how the images are turning out, and I hope you enjoy them too! I can't tell you how I love when a bride and groom become my friends as well. These two I am LUCKY to call friends! Love you both!
